Organizational Planning is an annual process that allows schools or departments to articulate their goals and implement strategies based on what they want to accomplish for the school year. The major differences between Organizational Planning and Strategic Planning is that organizational planning focuses on implementing strategies to meet specific goals for the year and is guided by the strategic plan.

Organizational Plans are great for individual schools, public or private, and for specific departmental teams within a school.
